weekly Sunday reviews
If I want to start moving forward toward an honest life where I lie as little as possible, practicing publishing honest takes from my "weekly Sunday reviews" (this one is at least occurring on Wedensday, an improvement from last week's Thursday) is a good start.
I have been sharing less — both online and especially in person — mostly as a function of how much I get stuck on (often awful) thoughts. As a rule, this week has been better than last on that front.
I can feel myself pushing back negativity knowing these words may see another's eyes; and similar such thoughts have kept me "busy" (paralyzed).
The good from last week: helped mama a bit in her recovery, maintained Uber hours, was mostly present and playful on camping trip to cool spots.
The bad: sleep in like I pay rent, organize my thoughts as well as I juggle (I can't really juggle), don't check in often enough with loved ones.
goals for (remainder of) this week:
check in with a friend or family member every day. take an interest in what they're up to and share stories from my life.
wake up and start day when I say I will, morning excercise for the energy boost.
figure out financial situation and commit to the decisions and agreements I make.
write, code, volunteer, share, read, pray, listen, ask, smile more and think less.
